SetonFinance School Services
A service line in active development.
SetonFinance is extending the team-based model that supports parishes to the financial operations of Catholic schools across the Diocese of Bridgeport. School finance has its own rhythm — tuition cycles, FACTS management, fundraising and capital campaigns, board-level reporting — and the school service line is being shaped in conversation with principals, business managers, and boards now.
School Services will deliver the same outcomes-as-a-service model that SetonFinance Parish Services provides — a professional team owning the work, a Controller reviewing every close, modern technology automating the routine, governance authority preserved with the Principal and Board. The areas we expect to address from day one:
The team and technology stack are shared with the parish service line. What differs is the financial rhythm — schools operate on academic calendars, tuition cycles, and board governance rather than liturgical calendars, weekly collections, and Finance Council oversight. The School Services tier structure and onboarding sequence are being shaped to reflect those differences and will be published when ready.
If you are a Principal, school Business Manager, or Board member with views on what SetonFinance School Services should look like, we want to hear from you. Early conversations shape the offering. Reach out — there is no obligation, and your input directly informs the program as we build it.
